Our insurance initially denied our claim for roof damage, but Frank helped us understand the process and guided us through an appeal. Thanks to his knowledge and persistence, we got approved and Shield Roofing replaced our roof. The whole process was smooth and much less stressful than we thought it would be. We can't thank Frank and his crew enough for helping us through this.

Frank came out and walked us through the options for materials and warranties. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us to decide on the spot. The crew worked hard and the end result is a roof that looks better than I expected. It’s great having a reliable company in the community. 5 STARS!!
