I'm not saying that they never honor any warranties, but after 4 months of repeatedly calling about our warrantied standing seam metal roof leak and being put on some "list" that never happened, I had to get someone else to perform the repair. Each time I called, I would be told that Henry would be responding soon. Sent photos. If you must use this company, I suggest you have a 10% holdback until the end of the warranty period.
We had our roof replaced by Shield Roofing last weekend and honestly we put it off for a while because we never saw any leaks or anything, but then our insurance basically told us we had to replace it or they wouldn't cover it anymore, so we finally went ahead and called Shield. They were able to get it done way sooner than we thought, everything felt smooth from the estimate to when they dropped off the materials, and literally the next day the guys were already up there getting started.
