I saw Kenzie for post-concussion syndrome after 6 months of daily headaches, dizziness, and light sensitivity. She was always available, communicated clearly, and gave me a treatment plan I actually understood and could follow between sessions. My symptoms have improved dramatically since starting with her. Highly recommend if you're dealing with post-concussion symptoms and feel stuck.
Kenzie was amazing. She helped me work through a sprained ankle injury and is now supporting me with general stretching exercises to manage a long‑standing hip issue. Her guidance has allowed my exercise routine to improve and has genuinely strengthened my overall health. Kenzie is articulate, effective, supportive, a great listener, and a genuinely caring person. I highly recommend her — and the team at Shield Athletics.
