Rob is a total pro and went above and beyond to get my AC unit back on track. He was an excellent communicator and walked me through every decision along the way, He was extremely thorough and came back a few days later to ensure everything was running smoothly. He is very friendly and honest. He definitely knows what he is doing, and I will never use anyone else. His prices are great, and I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. Our AC went out downstairs (in July) and in our infant son's upstairs bedroom and Rob came out the next day to check it out. Not only was his service call the lowest quote around, but he worked us in and made an evening house call to accommodate our work schedules. He fixed both of our issues right away and didn't try to sell us on parts or services we didn't need. He obviously knew what he was doing and he gave us a great price! We highly recommend this company for their speedy, reliable, and honest work.
