I HAVE NEVER had such terrible service the 1st month all went well the next month all I got was the run around they kept saying my supplement was not a supplement but they never could tell me what to do . then I called and got a lady I asked her to check how my BCBS was listed she put the order in and I had my supply with in a few days .This month Im getting the same run around I am going to see if I can get a different company
Shield Healthcare goes the extra mile. When they were dropped from my insurance carrier, they went ahead and sent me a complementary supply of my ostomy products since I was getting low.. I would highly recommend them.
Extremely nice people here, my brother just got out of the hospital, and the process to get him new colostomy bags ordered for him lagged due to poor communication from his skilled nursing facility (Sierra Vista) on release. They hooked him up with supplies to get through it. They saved us for sure, thank you everyone there, you are a blessing.
I have to fight them for my son's medical supplies every month. They fail to send things, or they send the wrong items, and the customer service reps are THE WORST HUMANS ALIVE
always very friendly and professional when I call to place orders and do their best to answer or direct me to someone who can answer my questions
