They is full of it every time I order his supplies they change the date later and later and it doesn’t make since very unprofessional
Excellent company. Always nice and informative. My supplies are always early. They answer the phone right away and I'm not on the phone long.
This company will charge your insurance for medical supplies and never ship them to you. They never have an answer for what is going on or why. They also never let you speak to a manager, they leave you on hold until you hang up. Fraud and this company needs investigated.
Horrible customer service! The guy on the phone was very rude and gave me attitude. That's so embarrassing on their end. I am never calling again. Please, look into other providers instead of wasting time with this one.
Their representatives sure know how to make people feel ignorant. We all have needs even shield healthcare employees; yes we’re the small individuals that depend on items from your facility, but that doesn’t give you the right to demean people and their situations! Maybe finding another supplier would be best.
