The entire process of hiring shield exteriors to replace our roof was phenomenal. Our salesman set the feel of a good home town family business. That feeling continued all the way through to the completion of the roof. No questions were left unanswered. The quality of service and work was incredible. The roof is beautiful. They were courteous and careful around the property and left no signs that they were even on site.
They were absolutely amazing. The crew was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Cleaned up very well and done no damage to landscaping. They were also on time and worked efficiently. I would recommend highly. ********
Shield Exteriors was great from the start! Sales was very nice and knowledgeable. Once we were given a quote and were ready to have work done, we were given a time frame of when the roof work would begin. Within the expected time frame, we were given a call from the scheduling staff to get our roof replacement scheduled. The team that installed the roof was VERY fast, clean up was great, and the roof looks amazing.
We are very happy with the work provided by Shield Exteriors. From the first conversation over the phone, to the face to face visit where Shield reviewed our options which included many colors, and finally to the completion of the work.
