We used this company as a vetted contractor through our insurance and they were absolutely HORRIBLE. They bailed on the second half of our hail damage claim project because they werent even going to break even. They told us to find another contractor because they would not finish the project even though they signed a contract. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT choose this company for exterior repairs.

Unfortunately, your carrier, Safeco, is the problem in this situation. They refused to pay a fair amount for your siding. Nationwide Exterior Roofing predatory practice has cost me over four thousand dollars in cancellation fees. I never received a written estimate of what the roof would cost. I agreed to pay for the pictures they sent to the insurance company. They prey on senior citizens like myself and people with no knowledge of the roofing business. Shield Construction has shoddy business ethics. I had a *************** replaced because of hail damage. They waited so long to order the skylight that the manufacturer was out of it so they sheared off my skylight roof to get the OTHER SIZE to fit.
