Amazing customer service Houston and his team are extremely attentive to every detail they make it such a breeze to work with Houston's been amazing to work with him and his whole staff.
As someone who has owned many exotic cars and had many modifications done, this is one of the poorest quality wrap jobs I’ve ever seen. If the owner truly stands behind his work and expects quality then there is no way he properly reviewed a $400,000 Ferrari leaving with many lifting edges on the wrap as well as damaging internal electrical wires. RUN FOR THE HILLS! Houston and his wife are scam artist who hide behind a slimy social media presence. PROOF IN THE PICS Was referred to shield by design by boardwalk ferrari for a wrap. I’ve wrapped 7 cars before working with shield by design so I am not new to this. Called and was told the wrap would be 3-5 business days(LIE)and the use Ferrari techs to disassemble and reassemble the car.(LIE)They ended up keeping my car for over 25 days in total. What an amazing job!!! Thank you Shield By Design for your amazing work. Your innovative Ngenco spray-on PPF product made this color change possible. What a fantastic new product and the perfect alternative to Wrapping the trailer. I love it! My tire trailer was originally blue but I wanted it to match my Guards Red 2001 911.
