She always has my physical condition as her first priority. We have been through much together in the last 7 years. My chronic lymphocytic leukemia has gone through many stages during that time and she has always been on top of the situation.

My husband was referred to Dr Haffer for his chemo after being diagnosed in Dallas. He was in too much pain for us to make weekly trips to Dallas. So for one year he was treated by Dr Haffer according to the Dallas oncologists plan. She sent him monthly updates. When he was ready for maintenance, she refused the other doctors plan and gave us an ultimatum to use her or him. She acted like she didn’t even know the other doctor.
