I first met Elsa at the Chula Vista mall, and she has always provided the BEST customer service. She is incredibly helpful, kind, and always goes above and beyond to help us find what we're looking for. This time, my daughter was looking for a very specific pair of basketball shoes that were sold out everywhere. Luckily, I went to Plaza Bonita Mall and there she was! Jay and Owen guided me to the perfect pair of shoes Best set I've had in a long time and I was about to leave before heaging about the options and great deal Sheikh had going on. They were also quick to find my kind of rare shoe size. Definitely telling my friends about this place!

I came today (7/23/25) to pick up my sons shoes, I was waiting in line for the pick up, I mean I didn’t know where else to go to pick it up, so while I was waiting this guy came up to me asked me what I want, he sounded so annoyed like if I was bugging him or something, so I told him that I’m picking up an order he asked me for my name, my ID, what kind of shoes was it and what size.
