I visited this doctor, but was met with a level of coldness and condescension that was genuinely surprising. Her demeanor felt more condescending than compassionate, and the interaction left me feeling not just unheard but actively disregarded. One of my friends recommended her so I went to her office for annual health check that should be fully covered by health insurance and got billed $800 for it. The worst experience was that her office scammed me for a follow-up meeting. I declined it but they kept calling me until they could finally scam me - She had really nothing important to say. They charged me over $500 for just that telehealth follow-up meeting! Insurance confirmed she has over charged me. Be aware!
I have been a patient of Dr Chinichian’s for several years and for the most part I have found her caring and responsive. However, a recent problem with her team has been so bad that it is causing me to write this review. I had a medical test come back with a flag which required a change to my medication and re-test. Was her patient for over 7 years. I expressed my symptoms early on and she would just do basic tests. If they were in “range”, that’s where it would end with her. She missed an early diagnosis for hormone and nutrient imbalances, causing me my quality of life for at least 5 years. Even though I am addressing these issues, I will always have permanent damage that cannot be fixed to my joints, heart and other areas.
