I used to live in bayport condominiums for the last 6 years. I had no problems up until the very last day of which I was moving out. The older lady Ann the “head of the board” got an attitude with me when I was moving my stuff out through the front door she said “if you break the door you are paying for it” then she follows up with saying that I am not allowed to take my stuff out with the shopping carts through the front door and only through the parking garage door.
