I had a decent shampoo and blowout here while visiting Palm Beach. Nothing special, but in line with what I typically get at a variety of places, including my own Salon at home. However, I was beyond shocked when I checked out and the bill was $120. That is literally more than twice when I have ever made for a shampoo and blow dry. Even at The Breakers Spa, Which is notoriously expensive, blowout is only $70. Unfortunately, they did not have openings, but recommended this place. Extremely disappointing.

I am visiting from up north and wanted to get highlights in my hair. I spent four hours getting highlights never have I had to be in a salon that long just for highlights plus it was over $200 was ridiculous. Only good experience I had was the shampoo lady. She was wonderful, but they had to do my highlights over twice . I knew the price was going to be a little high, but $200 that’s ridiculous and the young man who did my hair Sasha he was supposed to be an expert in color he needs to go back to school

I recently I recently purchased your ultra hydrating shampoo and conditioner. I love your products, but I must say the design of the bottles it makes it very hard to squeeze these bottles. It required me to transfer the shampoo and conditioner to other bottles so that I could use it. I just want you to know so you should reconsider the design of your bottles. No sign for this salon. It’s by word of mouth. Very upbeat and professional. I would recommend it to anyone
