Would rather be homeless – Rent is cheap, space is tiny. The managers are incredibly rude. They are nosy and are constantly making "new rules" but never make changes to the lease. My uncle's girlfriend is good friends with a 'manager' at Shibley court. Somehow my cousin knew EVERYTHING that happened there, whether or not it involved me. She even know about a neighbor of mine that was behind in rent, and by how much. There is no confidentiality.
