You would come here for the experience, not for pleasure. Since I don’t enjoy shopping, walking through the Mall of America I was happy to stumble upon a massage place and only had to wait a few minutes. It’s a loud environment with people walking by, gawking through the glass, talking loudly. It’s not as relaxing as a Swedish massage since you’re fully clothed and the lady was gouging her bony elbow into my vertebrae through a towel. Got a massage about two weeks ago. Noticed part-way in that masseuse was coughing, wiping his nose and sniffling. He should not have been working. I started with the flu, ended with with pneumonia. Still home, two weeks later. When you let employees go to work sick and spread their sickness, it has real effects. Still angry.
Honestly, they give an amazing massage. My wife and I have been here a dozen times, but recently stopped going. There are several masseuses here that will talk loudly the entire massage. We decided to give it another try last week and the lady giving my wife a massage never stopped talking. At times, she would be talking to someone loudly on the other side of the room. So A+ massages. If you can stand the person talking the whole time, it’s a great massage. However, if you came to relax, this is not your place.
Absolutely terrible. They tried to force me onto a table when I only wanted a chair massage. They kept laughing at me because I couldn't understand their accent. Then proceeded to use her nails to scratch and tear at my skin with no type of moisturizer. Not to mention her knowledge in anatomy was terrible. Elbowing into my bones. It was so painful I actually wanted to just get up and leave. Never again. Better off going to the other massage place downstairs. This is the worst massage I've ever received and I've gotten alot.
