We used Shiann for a recent real estate transaction. We were out of state buyers and she handled everything for us and made the transaction as seamless as possible. She is such a hard worker and goes the extra mile for her clients. She handled the negotiations with skill and continually worked on our behalf to help us along the way. I would absolutely use her again! She is not only an excellent realtor but a great person too!

Shiann was referred to me by a colleague who has used her for business real estate transactions. She far exceeded our expectations. She lined up showings for us perfectly, even accommodating our limited schedule, resulting in a same day offer submission and our offer getting accepted within 48 hours.
