Starting from the entrance, I was greeted and there was very little wait. The place was clean and quiet and customer service was excellent. I felt relaxed and loved the end result.

This is my second updated review of Shi nails 2 because I love it so much. Why…because it’s quiet, the massages are incredible, the service and cleanliness. I just get pedicures there. I do my own nails. They are the best in Chester County!
I have been coming here for about 6 months. Every time i come, it’s a great pedicure! Recently, I have brought my son with intlectual disabilities with me. Everyone is so kind and caring and it really means a lot to us! This is so helpful in order to keep ingrown toenails away. Keep up the great work! Thank you!
Had an amazing experience during my first visit here! Probably the best gel pedi and dip mani I've ever had. Can't wait to go back !
