It's nice to hear that they treat their employees well, but unfortunately that is not the case for those who aren't. Placed an order a few weeks ago without any update, response, or correspondence. Attempted to email via web form (no actual contact email) without a response twice. Attempted to call and was transferred to voicemails and told "We only deal with companies" by the receptionist. Interesting since I found SHI as a link out from a major electronics company as "Where to buy." Funny how no where on their website does... read more
