DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I made an order on January 21st, 2020. I called today to follow up and because I'm considered a new customer they can't transfer me to anyone to help me. I was told to send an email to customer service which I did and never got a response. The rep told me to call my credit card company and reverse the charge. Worst of all, the rep on the phone couldn't even look up my order by order number! What a terrible unorganized useless company!
Been requesting info for 2 days through the site, and no one will call me. Since I am a new account customer service says I just have to wait for someone to call me back....

A little respect would have helped.
A representative from this company has been calling my business non-stop for months trying to sell us products. When we informed them that we outsource our IT to a local business, they began to harass us trying to get the name of that company. When they spoke to an associate a few weeks ago, they were told that we would not give that number out, and the SHI rep HUNG UP ON HER. Fake scamming site and third party BS.
I purchased the product on this company's website. For 7 days nobody contacted me. They do not respond to mail, either on Facebook or on Instagram. This is a company in which everyone is silent. The status of my order does not change within 7 days and I do not know what happened to him. There is no possibility to cancel the order. I do not recommend this company because they have a bad attitude towards their customers.
