The apts were ok. There was some damage inside but as with anything the property manager indicated it would be fixed if I decided to move in. I thought that for being a new building the materials weren't updated. Pricing was a concern but after walking thru I understand you pay for what you get. This location is more for a single. With 3+ bars within the 2 block radius it isn't for a family. I think the area overall was nice but not exactly ideal. It has more to do with my personal opinion.
