The worst management EVER!!!. My community just fired shew and i couldnt be happier. I ditto the previous reviews but the good news is we fired shew!!!!YEAH!!°
Negligence, passing the blame, now harassment. This management company is a nightmare. Had I known that they were so horrible, I wouldn’t have moved in this community. Damage sustained to my home because of SHEW’s negligence led to over $10k out of my pocket. I am now their target of ridiculous fines (most recent a cute, teal and white, gallon-sized dog waste container from Homegoods), and accusations of not paying my HOA monthly dues, which I have paid via autopay for months.
I agree with other reviews, Shew will not help you if you have any problem in your community (security, mail distribution,...) and are very unpleasant. They only deal with the HOA board and very often act as "fixers", not hesitating to do illegal actions such as "destructive audit", defacing and towing your car illegally (yes the local police don't appreciate their methods). They also selectively maintain the units (so obvious). So while some homeowners have 1st class treatment, others do not see any landscaping for years.
Don't expect to ever receive a response back from this company! They do not take responsibility for anything. Whether you would like to re-model, replace windows or doors, or ask when snow removal will happen. They just don't care and will direct you to someone else who cannot solve the issue.
