Very disappointed in hair by Lacee. This is the second time that Laciey has canceled the day before my birthday trip and now just last week when I was going on vacation she confirmed the day before sent me a text at 7:30am in the morning while I was on my way to the shop Stating that she had to take her child to the hospital understandable. Horrible experience with STYLIST LAICEY(hairbylace) i booked my appointment 8/17 here we are the night before my appointment and LAICEY texts me and asks me if I’m still coming in ? I replied yes she never responded to say ok or anything I thought that was already weird but im like ok . here we are the morning of my appointment and she sends me a text saying she would be a hour behind but of course I get it life happens so I said ok that’s fine . Ghetto the unprofessionalism is tacky & ghetto . i made an appointment with hairbylaceee she flaked 3 times . 1st she didn’t have the hair & wanted to push my time back 2nd time no baby sitter 3rd time just run me back my deposit . sounds like she needs to be working at home in her kitchen unorganized & sloppy straight rude . DO NOT BOOK HERE WASTE OF TIME BOOOOOOOOO !
