The service was Great but unfortunately the quality of the hair is not what it used to be. The bundles are EXTREMELY thin and the quality feels like beauty supply bundles. I spent 400+ on hair that I probably won't ever reuse because it's super stringy and thin. I've used she's happy for years and I'm pretty disappointed
