Even though this gym is supposed to be women-only, men still walk in often — especially maintenance workers. They do make announcements when a man is entering, which I appreciate, but sometimes I’ve just walked in and don’t hear the announcement, and I suddenly find a man inside. I have been a member of She is Fit fitness salon for some time, and I must say that my trainer Kasra Faroomand is absolutely outstanding—one of the most experienced professionals I’ve ever worked with. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this gym. I was looking for a no-commitment option, but the sales rep, Madison, completely misrepresented the membership terms. Initially, she offered what seemed like a great deal: $21 bi-weekly for VIP access to all classes, the sauna, and red light therapy.
