We completed the shipment of the buyer’s machine on August 4th, and UPS records show the package was delivered on August 14th. The quotation and invoice were clearly provided under DAP terms, meaning customs duties in the destination country are not included and must be paid by the buyer. Public Notice regarding unpaid invoices/taxes: We are the exporter who supplied equipment to this office. The goods were delivered in August via UPS. The owner has currently refused to pay the import duties required by US Customs and has ceased communication. We are posting this to clarify that our company (Suzhou Industrial Park Shunxin) has fulfilled all obligations. We urge the owner to unblock us and settle the outstanding tax bill with UPS immediately to avoid legal escalation.

Giving 5 stars for the audacity. As a mental health professional, integrity should be a core value. Unfortunately, our business experience suggests otherwise. This individual ordered equipment from us, received it months ago, but refuses to pay the standard US Customs duties owed to the government/UPS. When we politely reminded her to settle her tax bill with the courier, she accused us of fraud and blocked us. Excellent at receiving goods, terrible at paying legal obligations. Future partners, proceed with caution.
