Failed to deliver multiple arrangements to funeral, then rude about it to wife of deceased afterward. Could not/refused to provide list to see exactly how many were purchased in deceased name. Hoping there aren't more that won't receive a thank you due to not knowing how many more weren't delivered. Only an accident that it was discovered as it is. Unacceptable customer service and not even an apology for the failure to deliver.
