Can't even get ahold of the office. Every time I call I get a robot who's only responses are "Hello, what do you want, please tell me more" and "why are you calling" on repeat over and over with no other options.
..staff is very caring.. ... We've been with her for over 20 years all her staff is very good at what they do......... As of November 2022 Dr Simpson passed away she will be missed she was well liked in the community and by her patience our condolences to her family
Michelle is fantastic! I've never had a primary care provider take the time to have conversation with me to find the best care plan that we are all satisfied with. I am so grateful to have found her and this practice.

Dr Simpson is very unprofessional. I would give her no stars!!! I was in a car accident and suffered from whiplash and a concussion but insted of helping me she was more concerned of looking like a fool if it went to court and this was before any attorney was contacted. She continued to put me on multiple medications that by the time I saw a real doctor I was on 15 different meds. Before this I rarely took even an aspirin.
