Ms Fain to Ms Brown... I've been dealing with this clinic since I was a child myself and now with my three kids. Amazing how much either of them will go as far they can to treat send referrals and so on... I wouldn't trade Ms Brown and going to hate when she retired one day
Run the other way!! This new Dr Brown that's in there and her staff are absolutely ridiculous!!!! My son went in almost 2 weeks ago due to not being able to breathe through his nostrils! I Informed her that he had surgery before on that same issue. She came in checked his ears, prescribed cough medicine, and tried to get me to let him get a flu shot in which I was not having!!! I know a lot of people who don't care for Mrs. Fain But she was an awesome Practitioner. She listened and the staff BEFORE was fun and respectful. The people there now with Ms. Brown are not. My kids had problems she didn't even tell me about. They would put on the patient portal things they didn't tell me. Complete waste of time there, they have you sitting all day even when there is noone there. So glad I left, now my kids who I been complaining about for MONTHS about asthma has FINALLY got the treatment they so badly need... read more
THIS OFFICE IS ABSOLUTELY SLOW AND ORGANIZE SINCE SHERYL FAIN IS GONE YOU STAY HOURS... WENT TO GET MY CHOLD A PHYSICAL AND SCREENING THEY TELL ME OVER THE PHONE THEY CAN DO BOTH AT THE SAME TIME AND ONCE I GET INTO OFFICE THEY SAYBTHEY CAN'T... I NEED TO FIND MY KIDS A NEW DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... I HATE IT
