I have known Dr Simms since she first graduated and was working for Sam's club I think. I said I can't see good with or without my glasses for reading. She said where do U hold your book? So I showed her and she said , " Did anyone ever take into account for fact u hold your book closer because of your height?" My reply was No. What a difference. She doesn't rush she takes her time. Her assistant, sorry dont know her name but she is black is so wonderful and very kind.

We really liked Dr. Simms, but they have this ridiculous policy in place where they won't allow a family to make an appointment for fear of the entire family cancelling on them. As a result, my family will be finding a new doctor. They should seriously re-evaluate their rules.

I have been a patient of Dr. Simms for over 10 years and recently have been very disappointed with the care I receive. The office staff is always confused as to whom I am and if I should or should not have a co-pay. I never have had a co-pay for annual exams and then all of a sudden the office staff demanded it before I even went in to see the doctor.
