Horrible service. Unresponsive and Horrible at communicating. Waste of time dealing with her.
Beware!! If I could give her zero stars I would! This lady is a complete fraud!! Went to her a month ago to file my personal taxes in which she said she would be in touch with me shortly. While I was at her home office she asked mostly personal questions and not enough business ones. A red flag in my eyes. I Politely called a week ago to follow up to see if she needed anymore information from my husband and I and she gave me attitude and said she would get back to me that same week. Don't bother. Joint return requested and was told that it would be completed, no problem. 2 Wks later, my wife had to call her to get an update. In our business, we call our customers frequently to provide latest status, especially if we're going to be late; it's just the right thing to do! Another week passes by, no update and she NEVER returned our phone call or email, til this day.
