It took me a while to be able to talk about this in a rational way. Several years ago my father passed away and we unfortunately hired this realtor for her services. With her network of connected handymen she will try to upsell you every second of the way. The people she does bring by are just as desperate for money as she is. They won’t respect your family’s heirlooms. They won’t respect your photographs nor will they respect your home. If they could get away with it, they would rip the copper out of the walls for money.
