Management changes about every 6 months. Each new management change brings a new set of rules. They have begun nickel and diming for many things they advertised as free to get people to come in. Rent raises don't have a rhyme nor reason, seems like the whim of the owners or management. Maintenance is used like an enforcement bully squad. Might look nice, but deep down it's bad. I have never seen anyone do in work. Unless you call planting flowers, and putting up flags work. I wouldn't even give the place 1 star. And management is horrible, unless your a friend or relative. Then they will do anything. People party all night, loud music, yelling, and drugs. Beware
Sherwood village has come along way since the new management took over. And things are great. Even though my Fiancé is the maintenance guy, (no bias opinion) Sherwood village as become a very wholesome place to be! ℓσνє тнιѕ ρℓα¢є

Not safe found needles on the street I live on. No one did nothing
