went to the clinic 12/10/2020 for Covid-19 test. They charged me $170.00 dollars even though i had insurance. they took my insurance information. My insurance paid. it is now 3 months later and i have not been refunded my money. i call was told will take 30 days then told 60 days then told 90 days. it only took them 1 day to cash my check. Has anyone else had this problem???. This sounds like fraud. contacting the better business bureau.

NOT SAFE FROM COVID-19 AT THIS PLACE!!! I have been in twice this week. First time was 2 hrs and I was the first one there. Second time was today, while I sat in the waiting room, 2 people came it at different times, they both must have been there for a COVID test, while both told the woman behind the desk why they were there she allowed them to sit before telling them to go sit in their vehicle. I went here months ago for a check-up exam. I told them I wanted to pay everything up front. They said not a problem and I paid it. Months later I get a bill in the mail for another 70$. I had to argue with them back and forth that I already paid my whole bill at my visit! I was then told “they must have not calculated the services correctly.” This was their explanation as to why I still owed. What a price gouging joke!! Do not go here!
RecommendedQuick visit- very nice staff. I hope to not have to visit- who likes being sick! But if I am, I will absolutely go here. The doctor I saw was the sweetest lady- I really enjoyed her!
