My son asked to get the one day COVID test and you wanted 145.00?! He called around and got it done with just health advantage info. at Harris Hospital after he got doctor referral. Very quick. Not good In my opinion.
Went for COVID testing Saturday and sat in my car for three hours while they kept telling me they were on their way out to get me. I called thirteen times in three hours and was hung up on every time. When I got inside I was told insurance wouldn’t cover the test. I have blue cross blue shield and Medicaid. I had to pay $145. Did the rapid test and it was negative but the doctor said he would also like to send off my results and to call back Sunday at five. I called yesterday and was hung up on again. Recommendedgood caring staff.. quick services most of the time.
Every staff member was courteous, and they kept saying “I hope you get to feeling better”. This may seem like something small to others but they seemed to genuinely care. The APRN listened to me and did everything possible to help me feel better. It has been 12 hours, 2 shots, and antibiotics since my visit and I already feel like a new woman! We love Urgent Care!
This is a great facility very friendly and knowledgeable staff they treat you like family, and Greatly care for there patients
Had to make a visit there this morning. Had great service. Was taken very good care of. This place is top notch. Will not go to WRMC ER. Always come here!! They are great
My husband hurt his toe and the Dr was great guy he help make my husband better now he can work and not hurt and they are working on fixing it from the problem
