I use to think this store provided excellent service and was friendly. However they were neither today. I drive 40 minutes from La Porte becasue I like the service. Got there for my 8:00 am appointment and was told they do not have me scheduled. Then they told me it was yesterday. Kicker is I called yesterday and talked with someone, told them I had the appointment Wednesday and asked about the type of pads and rotors they would install. I took two popped tires in to get replaced and I wasn't given a quote of how much it would cost. At another place I paid $400 for 4 new tires and a warranty so I expected to pay half that at sherwood tires for 2. But when I went to pick up my tires it cost $320!!! I may be young and ignorant but never will I let someone take advantage of me like that again!
We had two vehicles break down in one week during Christmas holiday. They kept us with one vehicle running and had both up and going today 12/30/15. Quality, trustworthy work is hard to find, 30 minutes out of my way to get it is quite a bargain. I will be back!
