I just moved in recently. It is now under the management of Werth realty. It is a small and quiet community, I personally like it. Neighbors are all pretty friendly! The only downside is the maintenance can take forever. I have heard about my neighbors telling me about a few homeless around, but I haven't encountered anyone of them since I move in.
It's been cleaned up around there now . Safe ace to live
