I have lived here for 4 years and have been very pleased with my stay! Any time I've needed something fixed the maintenance workers were super prompt & very nice. The office staff are so sweet and very helpful! They are very strict about people not hanging out in parking lots which I agree strongly with for safety purposes! I own a dog who has been with me all 4 years and the staff has even welcomed her in their club house....all they ask is that you clean up after your dogs potty messes outside....I agree, don't be a lazy d... read more
I have lived here for almost a year and half and I love this place. Maintenance is fantastic and the people in the office make me feel very welcome. Yes this property is old but they keep it up really well. The ladies in the office give out alot of letters but that is why this property runs smoothly. I would recommend this property to any of my friends!
Now the maintainance guys are super nice I have had issues with my toilet, sink(s), kitchen door knobs, stove, etc etc etc. Jennifer is really nice and down to earth but Kena is two-faced; nice to your face but will send you an evil note in your mailbox the minute you walk on the grass! If you own a pet STAY AWAY!!! She says they accept pets but she really hates them and is affraid of them. I hope you're pet can "go" in the toilet because Kena doesn't want your animal on her grass....no pun intended!
I have lived in this apartment complex for almost two years. In that time, I have never had enough hot water to finish a shower (EVER), have had the ceiling above my shower crack and have to be fixed, have had ongoing issues with toilet and sinks, an insect problem, and these issues have taken numerous phone calls on my part to fully resolve. Addidtionally, the on-site laundry facilities are atrocious. I've never had all of my laundry come out dry! Furthermore, my rent goes up by $20 every year! Thanks for rewarding great re... read more
