Had an absolutely amazing experience with the purchase of our home-away-from-home! Stephanie was such a delight to work with, she fully understood our unique needs and did not pressure us in any way. We purchased an RV about three years ago. We also purchased the extreme warranty after being strongly encouraged to buy it for peace of mind, so we did. Our experience having some fixes the first time was not unpleasant but a push was required on our part. The customer service has definitely changed the last couple of times. The front panel on the fridge just fell off during one of our trips and required duct tape to hold it together.
