We purchased an RV about three years ago. We also purchased the extreme warranty after being strongly encouraged to buy it for peace of mind, so we did. Our experience having some fixes the first time was not unpleasant but a push was required on our part. The customer service has definitely changed the last couple of times. The front panel on the fridge just fell off during one of our trips and required duct tape to hold it together. I needed some plumbing parts for my travel trailer and they had everything I needed for my repair in stock.
Great experience from booking to drop off for a rental unit. The booking process was simple to see what was available and what would work for our vehicle to haul. Michael was helpful during pick up and doing the walk through and helping hook it up. Other than the battery not lasting very long, we had no issues with the RV itself. I would definitely use this option again in the future.
