Rhonda verified my info, took my photo, and after a 2 minute wait for printing, I was done. I almost didn’t come here due to the bad reviews, but I’m glad I took a chance!
I was really hesitant to go to this office Friday because I've had such terrible experiences with them in the past. But ... Jasmine was absolutely wonderful. I waited maybe 15 minutes and then she called me up and helped me with everything I needed. She didn't rush me she didn't get mad she didn't tell me she couldn't help me all of what just happened in the past she patiently went through everything I needed to do and sorted it out and I accomplished everything I came there to do which is kind of mind-blowing.
