Current management much improved. Ignore the older reviews. Most of the weaknesses of prior management have been fixed and new management is much better at resolving issues.
Worst customer service ever at this place. Lady in the office won’t be named but she’s the rudest person I have met at a leasing office. She also takes forever to explain something she seams to really enjoy listening to herself speak so when you try to cut in and move her along she says “let me finish” with this rudeness to her tone. Sent my mother a letter completely discriminating against her so housing authority said she can file a discrimination complaint against them and they will be backing her up they made sure to add... read more
