I must really look stupid. Took my truck in to have recall work done. Of course they "found" other things that were "wrong".they called and made it seem like an urgent matter to let them change the spark plugs and air filter. The truck has 30,000 miles normal wear and tear. They wanted to charge us $554 for spark plugs and air filter. I checked auto zone for the cost of a spark plug for this truck.. $5.00-8.00. Airfilter about $10. Are they insane????? Run! Don't walk from this place
We bought a Big Horn Ram while traveling to North Delaware last year. Our GPS was not working so by having spent a small fortune on the truck we were obviously concerned. As we live in Delmar area we took the truck to Sherwood Dodge to have it checked out but it started working as we were taking it there. The lady tells my wife clearly that they can't hook it up because it "WILL NOT SHOW A CODE" if it is working. We took it all the way back to Wilmington DE where it was bought and told them.
