After being in San Anselmo for 11 years, we found ourselves needing to relocate due to previous landlords' nasty divorce. The same day we saw our apartment and met Julie, the Property Manager, we signed the lease. We're grateful to have found our place and settle in. Having management on site is nice too. Julie is so sweet! She is accessible, responsive and easy to talk to. There is always clear communication and it's never intrusive. I definitely recommend Sherwood Oaks!

My family and I lived in the Sherwood Oaks Apartments managed by Meridian Management Group. We gave one month notice before leaving. We paid for a cleaning service to make sure we left the place the way we found it. However, when I asked for a walk through of the apartment I was told that one would not be done and that we would not be receiving any part of our deposit back.
