The park is very nice and clean the manager Luz cleaned up the whole park took all the bad people out and she’s starting to bring good family that wants to start a good life and the Sherwood mobile homes. I give her a lot of credit for all the work she did she’s a very good manager, if you always needed something she gets it done ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The manager actitud is terrible the rent increases every 6 months If the manager doesn't like you or she just doesn't like you. Well for claiming your rights does the impossible to kick you out he doesn't care if you own or not you can't live with anyone because they throw you out you have to register or they throw you out for each person over 18 they charge you 100 even if they are your children who when they moved were minors for a family of 4 you pay $907 and so it goes up they tow your vehicles if you park in your own ho... read more
