Do not do business with this company. My insurance was ran AFTER I already had the equipment from my doctor's office. The equipment was faulty. I was told i couldn't return it bc I didn't have Medicare. They were trying to force me to take a nebulizer replacement that cost 100.00 bc they AREN'T a covered company with my insurance. So if my insurance didn't pay them anything they should have been able to take the nebulizer back with no question, right? No and that was even after i volunteered to bring it to them myself. If you are looking for a nebulizer or in need of enteral nutrition supplies this is the best company for your needs. The staff is amazing and goes the extra mile to make sure their patients are well taken care of .
The employees were all very helpful and sweet. I would definitely recommend!
Awesome staff, very personable. They do their best to help and go the extra mile. Very impressed that their self pay rate is below $100 and they offer 5 year warranty on their machines. When you call you get a live person! That says a lot!
