Best orthopedist in the area, in my opinion. Worked on my dad and my wife, dad over 25 years ago and no issues (ankle surgery). Wife’s surgery was over ten years ago with no issues (meniscus tear). Just because you have to wait for a doc and another comes in… you can just tell them you’ll come back. He had an emergency, let’s be adults about this and not give a rating on a service you haven’t received yet. He really is good at what he does, he’s a surgeon not a therapist.

Unfortunately, I would give a lower rating for this place. Now my mother set up an appointment for Dr. Hugo, but he wasn’t available and couldn’t make it for some emergency. Another doctor came in making my mother wait over 45 minutes. The nurses didn’t even know where the doctor was when she asked. Once he came in, he looked completely bored and barely even checked on my mother; didn’t even acknowledge a “im sorry for the wait.” I don’t think business will continue to go well if the staff is making their patients wait that ... read more
