If I wasn't the person I am the woman on the phone would have really ruined my day. Helpful but not sincerely, gave no hope an told me what I was genuinely trying to achieve was impossible! Overall contradicting without an ounce of being humble. Very snotty an could tell she was not happy with her current position. I've been in sales a while so I know how to deal with these kinds of people but all I can say is WOW 👌
