BEST FREIGHTLINER i’ve ever been to. the parts desk lady was amazing. the most helpful sweet person to deal with. solved all my problems and got me what i needed. easy 10/10!! apparently they refer to her as “THE BOSS” thanks again guys!

Just stopped in for 2 lugs, which i wasn't sure if they could help me or not. They sure did! And they sent the Hulk out named Anthony to torque them on and he also checked all the other ones on that axle! Thank you Anthony and all the staff in parts/service at Sherwood!
I rolled into this Freightliner Shop less than an hour before closing with a "Transmission will not shift" warning on my dash. Anyone who owns and operates their own truck knows the twist in your guts when you see those warnings pop up. I tried the quik fix and bought a new relay. No dice. Unfortunately by then the mechanics had already left for the day, but the service department still got their lead mechanic on the phone and he helped diagnose the problem. Amazing service! Melanie and Brandon were of great help. Very knowledgeable. Quick and professional service. 10/10 recommend. It's very very difficult to find a shop like this. I travel all around the USA,3-4k miles a week. It's nice to see places who take care of their customers. The experience was phenomenal. Alisa and Justine in parts were of much help. They helped with getting me the flow below that I needed for my truck. If you're in the area, make this your go-to.
