We had a very disappointing experience with this service department. We currently own one truck from them, but decided to cancel a second purchase due to ongoing safety and maintenance concerns. We brought our truck in for electrical repairs and paid for the service, but the issue was not resolved despite being under warranty. Shortly after, the same electrical failure occurred. Parts Department goes above and beyond to try and find me parts to keep my fleet on the road. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with their service. We have a truck from them and we were offered second one. Which we started work on purchase but we had to stop. Safety first. They don’t service their vehicle good. They charge crazy prices and not even fix the issues. We had to go to regular truck repair shop and they fixed the same issue in 30 min and charged many times cheaper. They must understand what kind of risk they put drivers in.
