We have had the most nightmare experience with this company, as well as EJG Property. Do not purchase a home through them!! They do terrible work and will raise your home cost almost 100k a month before you are supposed to move in. STAY AWAY
Absolute WORST builder. Do not buy a home with them or you will regret it. They will scam you out of thousands and do beyond subpar work. Beware!
We signed and contract with this company and they wasted our time for 3 months and when we pressured them to get this Hime built, they came back and told us there is a clause in their contact which allows them to increase the price of the house. We backed out and got a great deal on a new house . They are greedy and would do anything for money. They don’t care about you. Don’t buy or build from them because others also complain ms about their quality
Just a terrible company. They do not honor warranties and the builders did a poor job. Tons of glass shards embedded in the "topsoil". I've never even heard of a company this bad.
