Professional and experienced dentists, but my review is specifically for patient co-ordination Meghan, she is unbelievably kind, professional and helpful, I had to apply for access to my super for dental work and I couldn’t have done it without Meghan, she took over to ensure everything in my application was ready, all I had to do was provide my identification. I can’t praise Meghan any higher, she is an absolute joy and a comfort to what can be an anxious experience.
A massive thank you to Dr Craig, Meagan and Bree for making my initial consultation today a pleasant experience. From the lovely greeting from Meagan as I arrived to the step by step treatment process from Dr Craig, I knew that this would be where I chose to be treated. The whole team were warm and friendly without judgement. I walked out laughing with the team, which has never happened to me. Dr Craig and his Team are the best. I am an anxious type of human,.. and this had been my childhood dream..... Beautiful Teeth....IMy first contact was Megan... I think I even cried when I chatted to her the first time. Megan helped me with all the super details, forms etc.. Which as we all know can be challenging. My experiences here have always been kind, respectful, and informative. I have always had sensitive teeth throughout my life, and seem to need more frequent dental care than others, but I have never felt more comfortable visiting the dentist on regular basis than here.
Craig and his team are the ultimate professionals. Nice clean office and surgery rooms. I can 100% recommend them for any dental needs. The reception lady’s are always pleasant and the can’t do enough for you. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed
