I recently saw Dr Ricky Shao on a new patient offer at this clinic, after following him over from another practice when I realised he’d moved here. I’ve been seeing Dr Shao for many years and he continues to impress – he’s clearly very experienced and always meticulous with both check-ups and treatment. He takes the time to explain everything properly, makes sure I’m comfortable throughout, and never rushes. Always impressed with my experience at Sherwood Dental. Dr Ricky provides a consistently terrific service, always making sure I leave healthy and with all questions answered, and the staff at the front desk are also always amazing: very polite and accommodating. I haven’t had a better experience anywhere else, and can’t imagine a better place or people looking after my dental health.
Been seeing Dr Ricky Shao for years now. Still the go to dentist. Does great work on my teeth keeping them in tip top condition. Highly recommend Dr Rick and the team.
Professional and experienced dentists, but my review is specifically for patient co-ordination Meghan, she is unbelievably kind, professional and helpful, I had to apply for access to my super for dental work and I couldn’t have done it without Meghan, she took over to ensure everything in my application was ready, all I had to do was provide my identification. I can’t praise Meghan any higher, she is an absolute joy and a comfort to what can be an anxious experience.
Dr Craig and his Team are the best. I am an anxious type of human,.. and this had been my childhood dream..... Beautiful Teeth....IMy first contact was Megan... I think I even cried when I chatted to her the first time. Megan helped me with all the super details, forms etc.. Which as we all know can be challenging.
