⚠️ Misled About Windshield Replacement I called ahead and confirmed with Hailey from the collision department that an OEM windshield would be used to replace my original one. She said yes. But when I picked up my car, a cheap aftermarket glass was installed instead, and now my head-up display is wavy. When I questioned it, Hailey denied ever promising OEM completely dishonest. On top of that, the shop charged SGI much more than a typical glass shop would. Do not sign your SGI paperwork until you’ve confirmed the part used.
When they returned car it was so dusty and even they didn't wash
Not a great place. Took forever to get in, they took my name and number and never call back. I called and did this 3-4 time until I got in since I needed my vehicle repaired after a collision. The collision repair was good. Replaced the bumper and what not. So there not complaints there. The problem was that they damaged the washer fluid pump hose line connection and did a crap job of fixing it without informing me. I had an awful experience with the body shop here. My car was stolen in November 2024. For the first two weeks, they lost track of my vehicle and didn't know where it was. They promised me calls back with updates and never did call me back. My vehicle was there for three months without them giving me any kind of courtesy car.
